Licence grant
A valid purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the applicable Webberdoo software in accordance with the product-specific terms shown at purchase.
Ownership
The software and its underlying intellectual property remain owned by Webberdoo or the relevant rights holder. The purchase provides a licence to use the software rather than ownership of the source code.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, publish or commercially sublicense the software except where Webberdoo expressly permits it.
Updates
Updates may be supplied for supported versions. A licence does not automatically include every future major version unless the product terms state otherwise.
Account and entitlement checks
Some products may use an account, purchase receipt or platform entitlement to confirm authorised access.
Termination
A licence may be suspended where there is fraud, unlawful use or a material breach of the licence terms, subject to applicable law.
